  1. Dear, DEAR Holly,
Your readings and conversation touched so many chords. Since I have been here in Sequim I can almost feel a “re-birth” of thought, creativity and a sense of belonging….I only wish I had come to this place sooner rather than so late in my life. I know, “better late than never”. I have marked my calendar to bring my husband down to Port Townsend in April and I want to purchase another copy of The Pen and the Bell for my daughter who is an aspiring writer but with a demanding job, social commitments and
monkey mind (wonder where she got that….hmmm). I really feel your book can put her on the right path, even though she may not be quite ready – she will someday and
you will be there to guide her. Thank you again so much for sharing your wisdom and
talent. By the way, I already have my pen and my bell (never used!) and my desk (also
collecting dust) but must get a NEW notebook/journal and begin!
Sandee Best to you and all that you do.
